During this session with Associate Director Nina Jackson, you will learn about how we develop a positive sense of well-being for now and for the future, when we may be faced with further times of uncertainty.

This session will allow you to share your own ideas as well as being involved in active discussions.

  • Use simple but effective tools to regulate your thoughts and actions
  • Understand why self-care matters for well-being
  • Create a plan of action that you can use straight away
  • Adopt the RECit approach for well-being
  • Make mental wellness part of your daily routine.
  • This course is bespoke to LPH and available to LPH members with a £10 admin charge only.
