NEW: RSE with Rebecca Jennings
- We are really pleased be able to offer workshops for both senior leaders and for subject/curriculum leaders to help prepare for the introduction of RSE and the teaching of protected characteristics.
- Rebecca has over 18 years experience designing, delivering and evaluating sessions, training and workshops in schools, colleges and Alternative Provision. She has worked extensively with the DfE on the staff training element of Relationships, Health and Sex education and has numerous publications including articles and teaching resources.
- She is able to use her experience of working directly with schools and groups of children to offer practical advice and techniques when dealing with some of the more sensitive topics.
- Rebecca works with schools to develop and assist with the consultation process and RSE policy review.
RSE for senior leaders and governors
For senior leaders, governors and trustees. Support in preparing for implementation covering:
➢ new legislation, guidance and Ofsted requirements;
➢ updating and implementing your RSE policy;
➢ planning your age-appropriate RSE curriculum a ‘what to teach and when’ guide;
➢ securing involvement with parents and carers, including parent’s rights and how school can approach these.

RSE workshops for subject leaders
For subject leaders and curriculum leaders. Zoom webinars offering practical advice and resources to cover:
➢ new legislation and Ofsted requirements;
➢ ensuring an effective age and stage appropriate RSE Curriculum;
➢ find out which topics should be taught in which year group and explore participants own values;
➢ creating a safe learning environment for pupils and staff and delivering an inclusive curriculum;
➢ techniques in answering challenging questions from children and parents. Primary schools: Tuesday 23rd March or Wednesday 5th May, both at 1:30pm – 3:00pm.
